ph3656 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ph3656" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at ph3656.cam, operated under a valid PAGCOR license.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated software or applications through which ph3656 gaming services are provided.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on ph3656 or is accessing the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration on ph3656.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player that are available for wagering and withdrawal, denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).

• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and ph3656 internal compliance policies.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

By accessing the ph3656 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and ph3656.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on ph3656, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in a representative capacity for another party).
• You are physically located within a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services from ph3656 is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of ph3656 or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ph3656 or had an Account suspended or terminated for cause under Section 12 of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.

ph3656 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending verification.

Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on ph3656. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph3656 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and restrict withdrawals pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and such other information as ph3656 may request from time to time. You agree to update this information promptly whenever it changes.

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and ph3656's AML/KYC obligations, ph3656 may require you to submit identity verification documents including, but not limited to: a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys ID, UMID, SSS, driver's licence, or Philippine passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Until KYC verification is completed to ph3656's satisfaction, withdrawal limits may apply to your Account. ph3656 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph3656 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) used for two-factor authentication. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ph3656 will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel.

ph3656 accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (₱) via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph3656 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from payment methods not registered in your name.

Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. ph3656 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems or network issues affecting mobile banking services.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit on your ph3656 Account, subject to KYC verification requirements. ph3656 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests.

ph3656 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for GCash and Maya. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day. Large withdrawal amounts may be subject to manual review and may take longer to process.

ph3656 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum withdrawal limits which may be adjusted from time to time. Current limits are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your Account dashboard.

ph3656 operates in full compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements as applicable to PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operators. ph3656 may request documentation of the source of funds for deposits exceeding regulatory thresholds. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a ph3656 Account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit otherwise.
• Bonus Balance will expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms.
• ph3656 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that bonuses already credited to a Player's Account before withdrawal of the promotion will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of credit.
• Players who attempt to abuse the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — will have their bonus balances forfeited and their accounts reviewed for potential suspension under Section 12.
• Bonuses are intended for individual player entertainment only. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash except in accordance with the applicable promotion's wagering requirement completion terms.

All games offered on ph3656 are operated in accordance with the rules published for each game within the Platform. Game-specific rules take precedence over general gameplay terms in the event of a conflict.

• All slot games and RNG-based table games use certified random number generator (RNG) systems tested and audited by recognised independent testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.
• Live dealer games are conducted in real time with human dealers and are subject to the rules of the specific live game variant being played.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, ph3656's system log will be used to determine the outcome of the round. ph3656's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the escalation process outlined in the ph3656 FAQ.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. ph3656 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
• ph3656 reserves the right to void any wager that results from a technical error, data corruption, or software malfunction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph3656:

• Registering more than one Account or allowing any other person to use your Account.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or feature on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using ph3656 for any money laundering purpose.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or system feature on the Platform.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving gaming services.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour in live game chat features or towards ph3656 customer support staff.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

All content on the ph3656 Platform — including but not limited to the ph3656 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and documentation — is the property of ph3656 or its licensed game and technology providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit: reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the express prior written consent of ph3656.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph3656's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from or relating to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in the Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

ph3656 is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from interruptions in internet service, telecommunications failures, or technical outages beyond ph3656's reasonable control.
• Loss of profits, business, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses attributable to unauthorised Account access resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph3656's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

ph3656 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and reductions take effect within 24 hours.
• Loss Limits — Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits — Set the maximum duration of a single play session before automatic logout.
• Reality Checks — Receive periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming result.
• Self-Exclusion — Voluntarily exclude yourself from accessing ph3656 for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.

ph3656 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent self-excluded Players from accessing the Platform during their exclusion period. Players who attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new Account during an active exclusion period will have the new Account immediately closed.

Players who are concerned about their gambling behaviour are encouraged to seek assistance. PAGCOR maintains responsible gaming resources and a helpline available to all Filipino players.

ph3656 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, and to withhold or forfeit any funds in that Account, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Discovery that the registered Player is under 21 years of age.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe requested by ph3656.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Duplicate Account registration.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent payment claim.
• Any legal obligation, court order, or regulatory direction requiring ph3656 to restrict or close the Account.

Players may voluntarily close their ph3656 Account at any time by contacting ph3656 Customer Support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after satisfaction of outstanding wagering obligations will be returned to the Player's registered payment method subject to KYC verification requirements.

ph3656 collects, uses, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at ph3656.cam/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account on ph3656, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, regulatory compliance, payment processing, and customer support.

ph3656 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and all applicable implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the ph3656 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact ph3656 Customer Support to seek resolution through ph3656's internal dispute resolution process. ph3656 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and endeavour to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receipt.

Players may also escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published player complaint procedures.

ph3656 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, ph3656 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players by email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the ph3656 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The current effective version of these Terms is published at ph3656.cam/terms-conditions. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised whenever amendments are made.
